On 19th June 2024, UDMRI Dehradun, in collaboration with IMA Blood Bank Dehradun, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp on campus. The initiative aimed to promote the spirit of social responsibility and the importance of voluntary blood donation among students, faculty, and staff. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from donors across the institution, contributing to a noble cause that has the power to save countless lives. With proper medical supervision and safety protocols in place, the event was conducted smoothly and efficiently by a team of trained professionals.

The event was honored by the presence of the esteemed Governor, Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh Ji, adding to the occasion's prestige. Dr. Jyotsna Jha, Professor And Head, played a key role as part of the organizing committee, chairing the scientific session and delivering an insightful guest lecture. Dr. Samarth and Dr. Himanshi also contributed significantly as members of the organizing committee, ensuring the event’s smooth execution. Dr Meru S., principal(UDMRI) and Dr Mridul Khanduri, vice principal (UDMRI) also graced the occasion to motivate the students .

The anti-ragging session at UDMRI is a vital initiative aimed at fostering a safe and respectful environment for all students. Through this session, we aim to raise awareness about the harmful effects of ragging, promote a culture of mutual respect, and ensure that every student feels valued and protected. By working together, we uphold the values of kindness, inclusion, and dignity, making UDMRI a place where everyone can thrive without fear of harassment.

The evening was a perfect blend of energy and elegance, kick starting with a series of cultural performances that showcased the incredible talent of our students. From graceful dance routines to soulful solo and group musical performances, the stage lit up with enthusiasm, passion, and applause.

Sarang 2025, our much-awaited annual fest, unfolded over three vibrant days filled with creativity, culture, and consciousness. Held on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd of February 2025, the event brought together students, faculty, and visitors in a grand celebration of talent, teamwork, and social responsibility.

On 22nd January 2024, UDMRI, Dehradun proudly celebrated International Prosthodontics Day, a day dedicated to recognizing the significance of prosthodontics in restoring oral function, aesthetics, and improving the overall quality of life for patients. The event was organized by the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge with the objective of spreading awareness about the pivotal role prosthodontists play in modern dental care. The celebration brought together students, faculty, and clinical practitioners in a vibrant and educational environment that emphasized both innovation and compassion in dental treatment.
