Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Role Overview

UDMRI is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead the institution’s digital presence, brand communication, and online engagement. The role will be responsible for digital marketing strategy, social media management, online campaigns, content marketing, and lead generation to strengthen the institution’s visibility and outreach. The candidate should have strong experience in healthcare, education, hospital, or institutional marketing, with a proven ability to drive digital engagement and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance institutional visibility and brand positioning.
  • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and performance metrics.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the institution’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and implement social media content calendars aligned with institutional objectives.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and maintain a strong online community.

Content & Brand Communication

  • Develop high-quality digital content including posts, articles, videos, and promotional material.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for events, announcements, achievements, and institutional updates.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across digital platforms.

Campaign Management & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives for institutional programs and services.
  • Track campaign ROI and continuously improve marketing performance.

SEO & Website Management

  • Manage SEO optimization and website performance.
  • Coordinate website updates including news, announcements, blogs, and institutional information.
  • Monitor website analytics and improve traffic and engagement metrics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track digital performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and marketing dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly digital marketing reports for management review.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, or education sector preferred.
