On 15th May 2022, the campus of UDMRI Dehradun sparkled with excitement and joy as the senior students welcomed the BDS 1st Year batch (2021–2022) with a grand Freshers’ Party. The event was organized to make the newcomers feel at home and celebrate the beginning of their professional journey in dentistry.
The event began with a warm welcome address by senior students and faculty members, who shared words of encouragement and advice with the freshers. The celebration quickly turned festive with a lineup of cultural performances, including solo and group dances, music, and skits—all filled with energy and enthusiasm.
Fun-filled games, ramp walks, and interactive activities kept the audience entertained and gave the freshers a chance to introduce themselves in a relaxed and cheerful environment. Titles such as Mr. and Miss Fresher were awarded based on confidence, creativity, and charm, adding a touch of friendly competition to the evening.
The event culminated with a DJ night, where students danced and celebrated together, marking the beginning of new friendships and unforgettable memories.
