On 10th April 2024, the campus of UDMRI Dehradun came alive with color, creativity, and celebration during its much-awaited Annual College Festival. The event served as a vibrant platform for students to showcase their talents, celebrate achievements, and raise awareness on important social issues through cultural expression.
The day began with an energetic Cultural Festival, where students captivated the audience with a variety of performances including classical and contemporary dances, musical acts, skits, and poetry recitations. The atmosphere was electric as participants brought the stage to life with passion and flair, reflecting the diverse cultural spirit of the institution.
This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where students were honored for their academic excellence, extracurricular achievements, and contributions to various institutional events throughout the year. A major highlight of the festival was the impactful performance of NukkadNataks (street plays), where students addressed pressing social issues such as gender equality, mental health awareness, and environmental responsibility.
