We are seeking a qualified and passionate Anatomy Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction in human anatomy to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in health sciences, medical, dental, or allied health programs. The lecturer will also be expected to engage in curriculum development, student mentorship, and academic research, where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in human anatomy, including gross anatomy, histology, and embryology.
* Develop and update course content, syllabi, and teaching materials in line with academic and regulatory standards.
* Supervise and assess students’ academic progress, including assignments, laboratory reports, and examinations.
* Conduct anatomy lab sessions using cadaveric specimens, models, and digital resources.
* Advise and mentor students on academic and career matters.
* Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and accreditation activities.
* Engage in scholarly activities and research (if required).
* Ensure compliance with institutional and ethical guidelines, especially in laboratory settings.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Essential:
* Master’s degree (MSc) or higher in Anatomy or a closely related field.
* Strong background in teaching human anatomy at the undergraduate level.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
